Murahari Ponugoti (Hari) is an IT Professional based in USA, hails from a remote village from Telangana state, India. He was a school drop at the age of 7 years and had scored poor marks in his 8th grade because of eyesight problems. His father could not afford higher education because of extreme poverty those days. He realised the importance of education and used to take up part-time jobs to pay his graduation fees. With the passion towards education, he earned three masters respectively from Osmania, JNTU and BITS-Pilani universities. When he started his first job, with a group of friends he established Krishi as a nonprofit organisation in 2005. Some of the initiatives like BACK2SCHOOL and SEE2READ are the programs to address the pain and suffering he faced during his school days.

Sateesh Bompelli is an IT Professional and enterprenuer. He is an MBA graduate from Kakatiya University and based in New Hampshire state, USA. Poor rainfall over the years pushed the farming family to the poverty levels and affording higher education was a big challenge. Acharya Lakshmaiah was a retired teacher, who was the source of inspiration to give back to the society and was instrumental in forming Krishi as co-founder.

Satyanarayana has dedicated his life by being a change agent at the gross roots, lead and support wide range of activities in rural development aspects. He received Youth Service Award from Nehru Yuva Kendra, Govt of India. Sneha Youth Association was another Youth Development organisation established by him during his early 20’s. The organisation has shown the path of service, youth development and organised numerous awareness programs in rural villages. He is also the co-founder and worked as founding President.
